Yea, it feels an awful lot like VC funded businesses - they lure you in with low pricing, bankrupt and buy out the competition and then hold you by the balls.

These companies do nothing but brag about their moats and now we're surprised that there are wide moats?

Well sure. IT managers weren’t going to hand over all their infrastructure without some significant lies about the benefits.
