I went through and didn't see any specific account doing a bunch of downvoting. One person downvoted two posts... 6 days ago. All the other downvotes were by other people.

I swear this guy is everywhere https://imgur.com/a/hKZQmCc even this post about /r/blind doing a blackout for the first time which has 150 upvotes but that 1 downvote I am guessing it is Spez.

Oh, that's just Haan. He downvotes all kinds of things that doesn't make sense. If you go through and look at the reduces on the post you can see who is doing the downvoting. There are a few big downvoters you can just go ahead and block.
