Not sure where it will be available, I believe github is the plan for @hariette, simply because that's where issue reports during beta testing will be reported and it would make sense to have everything in one place.

Yes, Lemmy will be supported, about halfway through beta. Source: The road map posted on this magazine, and Hariette's comments on kbin.

Multiple announcements have stated that Lemmy support is in the pipeline, slated for next month.
As to the first question, if I had to guess, the answer is probably no. Just judging by the fact that they haven't posted a public repository yet.
Actually, the plan is to open source the project. See Hariette's Mastodon toot from last night.
Hilarious that I saw that early this morning but I must not have retained it at all.
