By law, you are guaranteed the speed you pay for at the point of connection to your house. Ads steal bandwidth. I am paying for the ads through the loss of bandwidth from them. ISP's try to claim that there are multiple factors that can limit speed, but if you are not getting the speed you pay for, that's fraud.

"It's not piracy. I already paid through ads."
