When browsing All, I would like to block some instances, mainly those in a different language that just clutter my feed. Is that possible?

Nope, blocking an instance can be only done at admin level, user can of course block communities from said instances.

There's a language selection in the settings, maybe we can filter different languages that way. I think we need to keep "Undetermined".
