My Chrome data is basically:

2008:

Installed Chrome for the first time

5 min later

Uninstalled Chrome and went back to Firefox

Lol at taking over open tabs from Chrome.

Does the default-enabled dialog happen in EU too? Seems unlikely to be GDPR conforming, which requires explicit, informed consent, with an equal decline option.

Ok, I keep reading these types of post and have to say:

I've never had any of this shit happen to me at all. None of the weird advertising, no Edge ever doing anything, it any if the other claims of predatory behavior.

I'm always latest update of Windows, I have chrome and Firefox and have use cases for each. I use it daily. Who is this crap happening to?
