Of course it's Amazon.

Their strategy has always been to maximize employee turnover. Treating their employees like absolute trash is just part of it all. They just want her to quit or have an excuse to fire her.

This is every retail chain's strategy. Unfortunately this type of denial is very common, while the circumstances may not be.
