Throughout the song they beat a beer keg with a baseball bat to deliver one specific sound that fits really nicely into the song.

You can start at ~1:20, the first beer keg is at ~1:30. Or listen to it whole, it's generally a great song.

This is not new for slipknot, multiple songs of theirs involve a keg including when they play live. They also have like 13 band members and tend to have absurd arrangements on stage so its a bit normal for them. For example, when I saw them like 15 years ago they had three drum kits on stage each with a drummer.

Edit: checked, they have 9 members.
