The letter comes after the Biden administration introduced a three-tier licensing system for U.S.

It's not football, there are no teams here. The Biden executive is perfectly capable of being shait without any intervention from the cheeto.

I think we'll have to see what the Cheeto will do. With so much bribery going his way, I'd be unsurprised if he repealed Biden's bans. Shit, I'd be unsurprised if he did it out of spite, no bribes needed.
