๐Ÿ“™ "Something About Living" by Lena Khalaf Tuffaha

A collection of poems about Palestine. What a great read. There's a lot of sadness and anger, but not passively, it energizes you, it's the kind that doesn't look away from all of the violence and somehow still manages to see the beauty of life too.

Usually I read poem collections slowly, just a few poems per day. I read this in one sitting. Every poem was so well written, every last sentence such a perfect closure, that every time I finished one I just sat there thinking '...just one more, please'. This continued for all 80 pages. No regrets, would do again (probably will, soon).
