It doesn't say specifically what the causes of the low reliability is. What are the specific causes of cancellations and delays?

Staff shortages due to sickness? Are there stretches of the lines that CrossCountry operate there are more susceptible to disruption due to obstructions on the tracks that are outside of the operators control?

Could be a whole range of things.
