It's obviously a flounder plane.
Over its lifetime the wing moves to one side.

What gets me is that either this was freehand, or the person with the tattoo looked at a drawing of this and said "yeah, that's what I want".
I wonder if it looks correct if they turn their arm into the same position it was inked in. My tattoo artists always asks me how I want my arm positioned when applying the stencil because in every other position it will be warped.
Probably not, but hey :D
