I mean, that is one way to spin it. But it seems like Norris is way too much in his own head.
Instead of having a positive "all to play for" mindset he was very hard on himself after quali and basically already gave up.
Piastri is on the other side of the spectrum and doesn't seem to have any emotions and is pretty ruthless, which feels more like a mindset of a world champion. Especially with all cars being so close this season.

Lando really just never had that dawg in him. He's way too concerned with his own safety and life as a billionaire outside f1 to take any risks. It was fun to be the midfield guy, squeaky clean and happy to be on a podium, but now he's got the best car. There's no excuses to be made. Especially after talking shit about winning being easy with the best car his entire career.
I don't think he will be a champion unless McLaren forces Oscar to submit to their whims, which, long term would probably be the worst decision they could make. Mark webber WILL commit high crimes.
