This Stankening is my 20ᵗʰ use of the Moarteen and its factory edge, and yet another great shave. I'm really happy with how the Moarteen turned out.
"I’m really happy with how the Moarteen turned out"
It turned out far better than I expected. It has a lighter, more nimble feel than my custom 14-2.0 and the grip of the unfinished tang, when wet, is a complete surprise.

This is a really special scent and I love it. Currently have a frag en route.
Septidi 17 Floréal an 233 de la Révolution, jour de Pimprenelle: Zingari Zischtig
A quick midday shave (working from home). In its current state, this razor doesn't give me the closest of shaves. I'm not sure whether I'll have to adapt my technique to the smile, or whether I should put it back on the stones.
Anyways, have a good day!

Nice DE shave.
Yet another update to the Shaving Data System today. I've improved the organization a bit, and made the $discord
tag optional (enabled by default).
I've also written a migration guide found here that describes the manual process involved in moving your data to a new/updated template.

-> 1-pass WTG head and face shave. Increased the frequency, still kept it at a single pass though.
Also one of my odd partial face shaves, have gone back to a full goatee from my scraggly unkempt long stubble and to make this stand out, you need to shave around it. Who knows, maybe I'll keep it this time around if I maintain it at a fairly short length.
Shaving with the Thorn instead of the Cyber is a bit less comfortable, but this one is great for even lines and general efficiency.
Have a nice evening/night/whatevertimeitisinyourtimezone✌🏻

May 6th, 2025: Haverfordsday
Haverford is one of those scents that somehow always seems to be better than you remember it. So warm and comforting, this was a great end to my day.
This shave brought to you by walden's SDS -- it really is a neat system once you get used to it. I'm especially keen on having my own queryable SOTD history. Neat stuff!
