I'm almost hoping that those people in the HH music video were Africans who don't speak English who didn't understand what they were being told to say because Ye couldn't find anyone who'd actually be willing to be in a video for a such with such wild lyrics
"heil hitler" is kinda universal... unless they were completely uneducated it would be hard to not understand what you're saying.
