Fun fact, that's the Spanish foreign legion, the less famous counterpart to the French foreign legion, and their uniforms were always designed to be sexy.
Am I miss remembering or didn't they kind of help Franco come to power.
They were instrumental in the fascist coup. Some of Franco's strongest supporters, and the most experienced troops he had early on.

Say what you will about fascists (and I fuckin DO, the inhuman sentient puddles of stagnant cum) but they do be making some sexy uniforms. I mean Hugo Boss was able to be successful after the war for a reason. Some damn good clothes and that really pisses me the fuck off.
