IXL Breakfast marmalade. Very sweet, mild orange flavour, no tang, not much peel, good jelly.

I'm going to give 3 oranges out of four because it's made with good ingredients . It's just not to my liking.

I should have taken today off sick. I worked from home but I've just been so lethargic and unmotivated. It would have been better to not feel like I had to work and just relaxed

Three days of no caffeine, and I felt the same level of tiredness, minus the "wired-ness". So today I drank a hojicha, which shouldn't affect me too much, I hope.

Maybe it's time to start exercising properly again.

UPDATE: Trespasser in the Richmond area, big delays. If you want to get home in a reasonable time, recommend walking, which will probably be faster.
