Much like voracious readers that consume words quickly, hobbits are smaller, with a higher metabolism than humans, lime many small mammals.

Their ravenous reputation is simply sizeism keeping the little people down. Hobbits without second breakfast suffer from malnourishment and eventual crashes as their blood glucose levels become dangerously low.

I was once on my way to the furniture store. I needed to get a new bookshelf to help clean up the mess.

On the way, I stopped and got three more books.
