You need to install an android ROM without google services. Otherwise, it's like running your phone with a giant virus or backdoor with access to everything on your phone.

Check if your phone is supported by lineageos or some other ROM like grapheneOS, /e/ (yeah, I know, terrible name), ...

I LOVE /e/OS GRAAAAAH

I know about custom ROM without google (Actually everybody know 😅).But I am not interested I think I have arch setup on PC then why wasting time on setting up mobile when I am never gonna use it that way I just wanted a bit freedom BY some tweaking some settings but now I think google is far more dangerous than U can ever think of

Have a nice day,Namaste.

Gee... maybe you can still find a Nokia 3210. Long battery life, no Google services. I use my phone without a google account just fine. Were i to care more i'd use a custom ROM. I just might, warranty's expired anyway. What does arch on desktop have to do with android on mobile?

With arch on pc I meant to say that I dont want to spend too much time setting up my phone.

The hardest part is getting away without using google services. Tons of apps depend on it especially google maps. There are ways around this, but they don't always work.
