In short: Emails reveal a fund linked to Russian intelligence agencies bankrolled "Aussie Cossack" Simeon Boikov's legal fees and lobbied for him to be granted citizenship. Boikov has been holed up in the Russian consulate for more than two years after the assault of an elderly Ukrainian man in Sydney, for which he has since been convicted.
