That but I quit smoking a while ago. Same t-shirt size as well :-/. Damn kids can be soooo cute but also so batshit insane and evil sometimes. Mine at least.

I feel this. Our daughter regularly takes off her socks just when we tell her it's time to put her shoes on. Sometimes it costs more energy to get her to the day care and at the same time make sure that her little brother doesn't have a meltdown at the same time than the entire work day after that.

Every time I see this picture, I want to roll up to the guy, offer him a place to crash for a few weeks, and let him just escape for a break.

Like, I hate strangers in my house, but homie just needs a vacation from his life in this pic, and it's something I could actually do. It wouldn't fix social ills, I know he's rich enough to fuck off to a private island and would never accept.

But sometimes, the offer is all somebody needs, ya know.

Today ours was naked after a morning shower and refused to put on anything, no panties, no socks, no T-shirt, no pants. It took forever to first to try it with force, which didn't work, and then later with convincing.

What has worked for us is to minimize time in the morning, mostly due to laziness and trying to sleep in as much as possible. Bath the night before and prep lunch ahead of time. Basically the morning just consists of getting dressed and brushing teeth, before we're out the door. The way I think about it you're moving so fast, you don't let them have time to focus on anything other than getting out of the house.

Normally we have bath time in the evening but not every day. In the morning we saw that his next was so dirty, so even for him the shower was a surprise which then triggered the rest.

I agree, bath before bed. Reduce the number of morning tasks.
