They should post large billboards with graphic pictures of people who were mauled by bears along areas trafficked by bears. Triple or quadruple fines for stopping to get pics with wildlife too.

I was at Tetons and there was a line of cars stopped/ slowed for a bear. One dude got out of his car and walked up to within 5 feet to get some closeups with his phone.
Fool.
The sad part is if the bear had responded in a perfectly natural way and lashed out, it would have been shot.
I used to get so mad about this when I was working in Caroline on shift work and then be trying to drive home after a two week stint to get stuck in traffic because tourists were pulled over on the highway taking pictures of and getting way too close to a bear.
