Checked it out, and reviews are now overwhelmingly negative. I wondered why and apparently they're now shipping the game for free but updated the TOS with very aggressive stuff, many are calling it a spyware.

Post Format Guide (Optional)
Single Game:
[Source][Region] Game - Price
For example:
[Steam][US] Hades - $19.99
Bundles: [Source][Region][Bundle Name] Game 1, Game 2, Game 3, ... - Price
For example:
[Steam][US][Indie Bundle Extravaganza] Game A, Game B, Game C - $19.99

Use DDMMM format

I welcome any feedback, just trying to do my part into building the community---
They went crazy. Using a VPN gets you banned for example.
They went crazy.
I'm reminded of Overkill's shenanigans with Payday 2.
Terms of Service don't automatically make a piece of software spyware.
I skimmed through the reviews and no evidence what the game actually does.
Edit: Fixed a typo that made my comment confusing (said "so evidence" before).
The only reviews that went into detail on what the new EULA says were literal copypastas and I checked several articles about BL2 and its legal update and all of them only write how "players allege".
It seems to me like the new TOS are just meant to be more strict to have a better basis to ban abusive players, that’s why they "ban" mods and VPNs, similar to how discord "bans" 3rd party clients
