A little surprised to see thermal optics on a suicide drone, I guess it's the cheapo digital kind like you can buy on Amazon and plug into your iPhone. The good stuff is quite expensive, several times the cost of the drone and payload.

Might have hidden successfully if the drone didn't have them...and if he went prone in the grass instead of freezing in the middle of a dirt road.
