Why not just take the 15? It's so much shorter, and you have a couple guns to protect yourself in case anything pops up, right?

Anyone who doesn't understand this reference should consider playing Fallout: New Vegas, because it is a very good game

The intended path you would take going from Goodspring to Vegas in Fallout: New Vegas.
In addition to the other reply, the short way has some really tough enemies.
At this point it's a pilgrimage.
Why is wherever you are always a place called "paradise" in the area?
I assume it's because property developers are very creative with thier naming.
My brother lives in the lower-left corner of Vegas, kinda by the edge of the city. Every time I visit (I'm actually out here right now) I can't help but think of New Vegas. Anytime we drive on the 215 to go somewhere I'm almost always looking around at stuff and trying to picture how it'd look in-game but in real life.
I'm high enough level from using an exploit in Goodsprings that I can just 1 shot all the deathclaws and cazadores going the short way. 🤷🏻♂️
