I vote that since the russian casualties are now over 1 million, we should start using commas in these graphics.
It would really drive home the fact that 1 million russians have become casualties of this war that they're losing.

That is, "1 000 000 000" is preferred over "1,000,000,000" or "1.000.000.000". This use has therefore been recommended by technical organizations, such as the United States's National Institute of Standards and Technology.[28]
Good suggestion, but the graphics are official, and as they are released by the Ukrainian military general staff.
