Every single person who received that email should quit at the same time, in an organized manner. If Amazon wants to replace all their jobs with LLMs, let them try. Get a job at a company that cares about its workforce (admittedly a sad rarity these days). Sit back and grab the popcorn.

I'd assume the majority of these people can't afford to quit their job without becoming homeless.

They should definitely start looking for a replacement, and then quit without notice when the new job starts, though.

The fact that other companies will ship things cheaper and quicker than Amazon nowadays means Amazon is at risk
