Seriously! As if that list needed any new unlocks

New unlocks are a side effect of being on the internet unfortunately!

I do have somewhat of a fear of these walkways and escalators for stories like this although I do know it's irrational.

I think this article is proof that your fear is not that irrational.

True in that sense, I suppose I am lucky that these stories are rather uncommon in countries I visit and live in.

That Chinese escalator lady is still haunting me. Those things are meant to increase their torque when they experience resistance, to actually be able to move people. Unfortunately if you happen to get stuck in their mechanics that means they'll also turn you into minced meat.

I've been paranoid about escalators ever since that video where the escalator ate the Chinese lady and now you telling me the flat ones eat people too?

They work more or less the same way.

2 wheels from her suitcase were found under the belt. Maybe they got stuck first and propped the edge up so her foot got caught as well?

Getting legless in Bangkok airports is hardly a new thing but this is taking it a bit too far.

Whatever you do, don't go sideways through their turnstiles.
