I dream of a day where you’d have some kind of carriage architecture where only carriages can take you places and businesses are far apart.

That sounds great, but I'd like I even more if we make those carriages breathe out fumes that slowly break the entire ecosystem.

Reminds me of this sequence in Daisy Town where the Daltons convince the Natives to fight the town by describing the motorised future of America. You don't even have to understand French to get this scene. No idea if that fantastic movie was ever dubbed in English.
