So this drive only has about 14,000 hours on it.

The reallocated sector count is 18 (18 hex = 24 dec)

I completed a full format on it, and the number of reallocated sectors remained the same.

Everything else looks healthy.. I was planning to use it as a backup drive in a USB enclosure...
