That's one of the moments we know that adults never "grow up". Or let's say showing games like Mario aren't just games for kids or meant for any age, as long as you enjoy it.

Totally agree! When my brother and I got older and super into Halo, he learned how to play just because he knew we liked it. It was awesome.

Have you played the decompiled pc-native version? I recently played Render96ex on the Steam Deck and it was incredible to play Mario64 in wide-screen, at 60fps, and with modern camera controls!

Good luck! Give me a shout if you need a hand building/running it, it wasn't the most straightforward when I did it but it might have improved since last year.
