Super confused. Have very little experience with authenticators.

I have a bunch of accounts on MS Authenticator for work. I just got a new phone, so I want to transfer everything over. I can't manually re-add everything to my new phone because a lot of the accounts are admin accounts, so I have to have the CEO sitting in front of me to add them to my authenticator because they're the only one that has access. I ran a backup in the MS authenticator app, but I have no idea how to recover the backup on my new device. When I look online it says theres a button to recover a backup, but I don't see it. And when I go into the backup settings, it warns me that I'm about to override the backup I'm trying to recover, so I know it's there.
