Help! Over a week ago, Microsoft cancelled my personal Microsoft 365 subscription in error. MSFT admits it was their error. I can't get anyone there to reinstate it without paying for a new sub. Anyone out there ever have this happen? I just renewed in June. My main email address I've used for 15+ years and for all my accounts is my Live address. I get emails every 72 hours from MSFT telling me it will be 24 - 72 hours before a solution is reached. Ultimately, I can afford to just give up and buy a new subscription, but I'm completely baffled. What is going on with Microsoft? I've never had anything like this happen with Google or Amazon which are also tech giants. I realize, to MSFT, I'm just one individual out of hundreds millions of customers, but that is the same situation with Google and Amazon when I've had issues and those companies have always resolved issues quickly after the first request.
