It translates the back of her shirt as "of" but we know the fortune cookie symbol can mean of, on, at, all kinds of words like that (it's pronounced "no", and can be found in titles like Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), Tenki no Ko (Weathering with You), Kimi no Na wa. (your name.), and more). Not sure what any of it means, but I can tell you how they're said and you can work out what they sound like.
