I don't know why this needs to go any further than "in which country can everyone afford dental treatment".
The UK offers dental on the NHS. Part of the stereotype of "bad teeth" comes from the fact that American dentists will market purely cosmetic procedures as "essential" (so they can make money) while UK Dentists only do procedures that are necessary for people's health and wellbeing.
Dental procedures like Veneers are (rightly) seen as cosmetic.
Nah, personally I just remind them that when Europe thinks of Americans we think of the Film Deliverance.
I live in Alabama, and that's a pretty accurate description of some places here
