I learned a long time ago in elementary school that if a headline asks a question, the answer is always "no". Otherwise it wouldn't be a question, it'd be a statement

The good ol' Betteridge's Law .

Normally I'd agree, but in this case even NASA is saying 'maybe'. This is kinda a big deal discovery.
