Step 2 is block all Meta products whether it’s IP address filtering or DNS blocking. Meta doesn’t care if you have an account, they’re tracking you across non-Meta apps and websites regardless.

And no, an ad blocker in your browser doesn’t solve that because it only blocks their tracking within your browser.

The only solution is to just stop using Meta services. This will always continue to happen, because the fines Meta receives are always lower than the profit gained. Vote with your data, and move to platforms that aren't incentivized to steal it.
