I understand the Reagan quote was in regards to the Black Panthers protesting out side the (California State) Capitol Building when he said this.

But it sounds like it was part of a larger speech. Does anyone have the full text on that? I couldn't find it, but my Google-Fu has never been as good as it should be.

Yeah, sure. And the country with that strongest conviction is now a fascist state.

Edit: Also a symbol of school shootings and political assassinations.

Reagan wasn't any kind of libertarian, and that quote doesn't at all represent libright values.

He deregulated the government and molested young women while working as an actor. How is he not libertarian?
