Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.

Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

It's driving me a little insane how the transition from one screen to another fades to white. It feels like I'm getting flashbanged. Is there any way to disable this? I couldn't find much in the options.

As far as i'm concerned, this has already been fixed by a contributor (or soon to be contributor) and is hopefully being added in the next version.

Did you see a pull request for the fix?

Btw, I think you mean "as far as I know" (expressing a fact) instead of "as far as I'm concerned" (expressing an opinion)

Yes, i looked it up. #371

That makes a lot more sense, english is not my native language and i always love to see how i should use certain words! Ty :)

I figured that was the case since you were so close on the way you used it. I make similar mistakes in Spanish and French :)

Open an issue on the GitHub, it would get more attention there.

I'm not seeing this? I am in darkmod-rede, does that make a difference?

I'm on the new amoled-black theme and it happens for me. It might be a bug with that.

I'm using the SystemBlack theme in the settings and I see it. What is "darkmode-rede"?
