And to add to that list is a complacent America population that either ignorantly stands by and hopes that all these extremists will go away on their own .... or that some hero will one day come in like a Hollywood action movie and save everyone at the last possible moment because no one wants to lift a finger or put themselves at risk in order to save everyone else.

But since I'm complicit in that I'd really rather just not think about it and be extra-violent to someone smaller to make up for it–maybe someone poor and brown, or who makes lots of noise I can't easily dismiss about how I'm bad?
