Who is Ian Roberts? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ian_Roberts_(athlete)

Roberts was born in Guyana and "spent his formative years" in Brooklyn, New York. Roberts received his first master's degree from Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1998 and went on to receive another master's degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and later a doctorate in education with a focus on urban educational leadership.

As a male middle distance runner from Guyana, Roberts specialized in the 800m. He competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He won his first international medal, winning the gold in the 800m at the 1999 Central American and Caribbean Championships in Athletics in Bridgetown, Barbados. He competed in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference where he won several conference titles and placed seventh in the 800m at the NCAA Championships. He went on to St. John's University where he competed in the Big East Conference winning several championships, and making the NCAA finals in 1999.

Great job by ICE, protecting us from genius athletes with 5 degrees who want nothing more than to serve the children of the public. I can finally sleep at night

ICE: This dangerous individual illegally entered the country in 1999

Reporter: He received his Masters in the US in 1998, that doesn't make sense.

ICE: Facts have no basis in your reality now.
