MODERATORS

Prompt(s): CROWN (from inktober 2025, item 3) and PUMPKIN (from doodletober week 1, from first post in this comm)

Medium: created in Blender, imported and arranged in Godot.

Extra info: The pumpkin is sculpted and then vertex painted. The branches (and simple materials, environment) are pre-existing.

Challenge details: What-if-I-did-anything-tober. Aiming for 4 entries per-week, likely up-to 12 total (if I stick to it, 16 maybe if it goes well). Using this to refine my workflow, if anything can be rolled into something larger that's good too.

For session 2, I've made a MOON.

It has that moon-y effect in the sky just by being a large-ish object somewhat far away. Then I chopped and mostly flattened it for optimization, didn't change the look much.

And for a 3rd layer, I used inkscape to turn it into an svg.

(actually more data than the png, autotrace is not so effective)

I was going to make other things, but Blender was crashing on me (modifiers). Though I do think it ties the scene together (along with moon lighting and a green disk floating in the void for activities).
