Tô be honest, after reading the stuff about the tower of babel, the fact that Dog backwards was scared of a bunch of neolithic savages erecting a ziggurat makes me realize that the sky daddy is not as powerful as the church wants us to believe.

Bone on ham is real ham. Deli ham is the ham equivalent of a chicken nugget.
That depends which ham you're getting, there are lots of options.
I tend to buy the posher ham, and I always find it funny how some people believe that this fancier stuff is somehow exempt from this kind of processing. It obviously is less processed (I find that cheap ham is bad for making panini because it releases too much water), but it's still an extremely processed product
By what definition is that ham?
The USDA's which doesn't even specify how much ham needs to be in processed ham. It only cares if you put non-meat in there and say it is meat. It might be 99% meal worms and only 1% ham. 🤷♂️
