Looks like Lion’s Mane to me.

Very tasty, sauté it with herbs and butter.

Can be cut into steaks or medallions and makes for a good lobster substitute in dishes.

I think it's Bear's head, also known as Hericium abietis.

Might also be Hericium alpestre.
