S3E1 "The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby"

I have no idea what the drug market was like in Philadelphia in 2007, but that is surely a sizeable quantity of cannabis.

Looks like about an ounce, and lucky for this meme, my price model is based on 2003-2007 dollars. So prob only about $150. Adjusted for inflation, that's about $235 today.

For revenge, I'd call that a pretty good deal.

I agree with the ounce, but $150 would be some trash weed. Beasters would go for about $50 an eighth, so a whole zip would be about $350 (1/8th for free)

Eh, maybe. I just know what I paid and it definitely wasn't ditch weed. Though I did know people lol.

That is a huge "ounce", no? Was American cannabis just really fluffy or something?

Depends how/where you acquired it. If it's vacuum packed or otherwise compressed (especially "brick weed"), then it'll look like a lot less. If you get it from someone/somewhere more local, then, yeah, it's usually "fluffier".

In 2007 it was all black market prices, which could fluxuate, primarily upwards, for many different circumstances including how much the dealer dis/liked you.

So that amount was probably $300 on a good day or if it was poor quality. It's likely more $500 worth, but could easily have cost upwards of $800. All in 2007 dollars.
