Not necessarily, but that's a neurodivergent trait that is both associated with ADHD and ASD (lucky me, I have both)

I eat pizza nearly every day and can confirm, it doesn't necessarily make you fat (but ask me again in a few months ; ) .)

However, I don't think that's an applicable comparison here because pizza is a potential cause of fatness, not a symptom of it.
