Welcome to /c/tumblr, a place for all your tumblr screenshots and news.

Our Rules:

  1. Keep it civil. We're all people here. Be respectful to one another.

  2. No sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia or any other flavor of bigotry. I should not need to explain this one.

  3. Must be tumblr related. This one is kind of a given.

  4. Try not to repost anything posted within the past month. Beyond that, go for it. Not everyone is on every site all the time.

  5. No unnecessary negativity. Just because you don't like a thing doesn't mean that you need to spend the entire comment section complaining about said thing. Just downvote and move on.

If you are doing multiple things with an introduction just cycle through them once by one

"Sorry dude but you are a lady today then you'll be a nonbon then a gentleman again"

Some people seriously think "they" is uninclusive and bad?

[–] kattenluik@feddit.nl 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

You can't just pick half a word from a sentence and then blame the entire opinion on that alone, that doesn't make any sense.

[–] AdolfSchmitler@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Someone told me using "they" is as bad as misgendering someone cuz it means you don't care enough to ask what their preferred pronouns are and was wondering if that's a legit sentiment but fuck me for asking I guess.

[–] kattenluik@feddit.nl 2 points 2 years ago

It isn't a legit sentiment, they is non-gendered and shouldn't be taken as offensive.

I just go with "hey y'all!"

I'm not from the south but it's inclusive and fun to say.
