Why are there Catholic hospitals? Are there Reiki hospitals?

If there were, the reiki hospitals would be a little more hands off with young boys.

Catholic hospitals started as charity, still some aspect of that involved. Not really sure the local Sacred Heart has any mandate to deny trans care. Seems more of a, "Don't do this!" thing than mandatory. Anyone know better?
