I mean, what did they expect? Regardless of the validity of the underlying assertion, his response was always going to be the same.
This man is such a pathetic loser that he not only has to pay for sex, but it has to be with a desperate and vulnerable homeless child in need of medical care. The fact that he didn't just get a similarly-priced adult 'escort' makes me think that it's actually part of his kink to target such children.
