They are not on a party line I believe.

For example Jose Vega who is running against Richie Torres is a Democrat.

But Aaron Baker in Florida against Randy Fine is a Republican

And from their FAQ:

The main criterion for AZAPAC’s support is anti- or non-Zionism. This means the candidate has not and will not accept funds from Israeli-connected PACs or donors. It means the candidate has not and will not vote to provide military funding or arms to Israel or other foreign nations.

Party affiliation is neither a qualification nor disqualification for AZAPAC support.
